It's about time we updated our sizing system! It's hard enough judging what size to order when online shopping, let alone with vague sizing. We've made it more specific and have explained below how to measure yourself so that you can order a size that will fit you perfectly!
Our sizing will now be based on UK bra sizing and we will be offering 3 band sizes: 32, 34 and 36. Each band will have two different cup size options; either an A/B cup or a C/D cup.
How to measure
I know it's a bit old-school but measuring in inches makes the process a bit easier to calculate! Make sure you're wearing a non-padded bralette, or even no bra to measure accurately.
Firstly measure your band size by wrapping a tape measure around your body just under your bust, where your bra band would normally be. Make sure it is straight across your back to make it as accurate as possible! The measurements below determine which size your band measurement is
32 - 26-28 inches
34 - 28-30 inches
36 - 32-34 inches
Next, to get your cup size you will need to get your tape measure again, this time measuring around the fullest part of your bust. You want to work out the difference between your first and second measurement to calculate your cup size.
A cup - 1 inch difference
B cup - 2 inch difference
C cup - 3 inch difference
D cup - 4 inch difference
...and that's it! we have plans to broaden the range of sizes we offer in the future, so if you've been wanting to get your hands on some Lufsum Lingerie and we still don't stock your bra size, let us know!
